Delivery Locations
We deliver nationwide across all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2 weeks depending on your location. Lagos and Abuja orders are typically faster.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and will be communicated to you after your order is placed. We will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery details and fee.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with your reference number. We will reach out to confirm delivery details.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
How to Return
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order reference number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
